I have spent several years in the classroom and many more tutoring helping students build their math knowledge on a firm foundation. Tutoring begins with a consultation to evaluate student’s math knowledge and fluency as well as their learning style.
Our regular tutoring sessions can vary from 30 minutes to an hour and focus on foundational skills, skills being learned at school, or a combination of the two. Let me work to build a program right for your student.
Typically students come once a week, but twice a week is available to help accelerate progress. My strongest subjects are middle school math, algebra 1 and geometry, but I am happy to help with any elementary or high school math class. Homeschool math classes and group tutoring also available.
